Welcome to my site! My name is Amanda Miller and I am a 2D animator with a focus in backgrounds, storyboards, illustration, and concept work. During my studies, I was given the opportunity to do an internship for 22 weeks at an animation studio called "Dunnamic." While there, I created rough loop animations for one of the company's clients, and backgrounds for the studios own children's animated show pilot titled, "Chloe and the Stars."
For as long as I could remember, I always loved drawing. I can recall growing up watching Disney Channel and getting excited whenever they had on commercials showing step-by-step how to draw Donald Duck, Goofy, and Mickey Mouse. I would try my best to follow along and try to get my characters to match up exactly, even though they never did. I never gave up trying, however, and that persistence has pushed me to follow my dreams to become a better artist and animator. Pushing hard and practicing art every day helped me become the person I am today. I love art and cartoons and I want to inspire others the way I was inspired as a child. I believe that art can make the world a better place.
